I am alone in my house for the first time since the end of May. I have so many things that I need to do. But I'm just going to sit here for a minute and enjoy the silence.
Wow! It's hard to imagine what that would be like. Not only no kids making noise, but I wouldn't have to even hear myself saying all the motherly phrases...want to switch houses...maybe just for a day? :)
AMEN to sitting and relaxing for just a bit in the peace and quiet. If I were you, and had a big huge soaking tub I would have taken a bath, at back and relaxed for even longer.

I don't think that will happen to me for years!! But, in a way, I'm kind of glad. I think it would be nice at first, but I'd get lonely real quick.
